  I think Billy apologized to the tree is because he felt sorry to cut the tree down. Because if he doesn't cut the tree then it could alive longer, even though he doesn't want to cut the tree down but he needs to is because the raccoon was on the tree, and he want to kill that raccoon. Also maybe that tree had been live with him for many years, and he just cut it down he might feel sad as well. The tree is also a living entity, he might think he just killed something so he is really sorry about that. But on another hand, he doesn't have any choice other than cut the tree down, because the raccoon is on the tree and he needs to train his dog to catch the raccoon, so he must cut the tree down then lets his dog catch the raccoon. He is sorry for cutting the tree down but other than this he has no choice.



Reflective Response:

  For me, I think the most important choice I have made was going to an international school. And it happened in 2017 when I was in 6th grade. Before that, I used to studied at a public school, and I had never thought about going to an international school. When my parents first told me that, I completely disagreed with it because I have so many friends at my public school, and I have been spending 5 years with them. I'm pretty sure I will miss them if I move to a new school. A school that full of people I don't know. Which means I need to adapt to a new environment again, to make new friends I'm kind of scared is because my English was not that well back then, so I disagreed with my parents idea. But however I still went there, the first day was completely confused for me because I need to speak English and walk to the other class (in public school we don't need to change classroom to take a different classes  ) but the greatest thing was the students and teacher were really nice there, and I had made a lot of new friends at the first day!  I studied there for three years, and I had a really great time at that school. I learned so many things and I had known many different ways to learn. I think I decided  to go to an international school is a great choice, it does change my life in some way.

New Year Eve

2019 is fine for me, even though there are some unhappy things happened but overall is fine. In 2019 I had meet a lot of people and made a lot of friends as well. No matter what’s the ends, I’m still really grateful for met them.I think 2020 is going to be a really great year, because in China we think if it snow it’s going to be a great year. And Beijing already snow for three times. And on the New Year Eve family should be stay together, so do I. On the New Year Eve, me, my mom, my dad, and my grandparents we celebrate the New Year Eve together. And for 2020, I wish my grade can go up of course I will study hard, and my family are all healthy, I also wish some people that leave me on 2019 can come back on 2020, and I also wish I could make more friends in 2020.

Gifts I want for Christmas

  Most gifts I want for Christmas are all the kinds of stuff in the online shopping carts. In the cats I had 200 more things that I want to buy, the reason I really want them is that I bought them is because I started choosing them from the beginning of this year. And I had many different things I want to buy. My cats have clothes, cosmetics, shoes, snacks. Some of them I want to buy them for myself, and some of them I want to buy it for my friends because a lot of my friends' birthday are in December so actually I have a lot of things I want to buy for them. Other than all the other stuff will be mine. The most things I want to buy are my clothes, cosmetics, and shoes, and when I go back to China I will buy all of the things I want to buy! I also want to buy some decoration for my room, I planned to decorate my room this summer, but I'm too lazy to think and buy all the stuff I need. So this time when I go back to China I will buy all the stuff and I will decorate them as soon as I get them.  If I can only choose one thing that I can buy, it will be my clothes because I like to buy a lot of clothes even though I won't wear them once a time but I still want them. 

I still remember those gifts I received last year.  I gave my self all the gifts, I bought all the things in my carts and I feel so happy when I got them. So this year I want to buy all the things I want again.

   There are a lot of people in our lives that we need to thank for. My parents are the people I most want to thanks for. I'm really grateful that I have the opportunity can study in America, and I know it's really far away from home I really miss you, but I'm doing great over here. I made a lot of new friends this year, and all of them are really nice. I’m also really thankful to my friends they are always there for me when I need them, and we are having a great time. Also, I’m thankful for all of my teachers, that they always help me when I need help, and giving us a lot of knowledge that helps us to become a better person. And there are also many people I want to thanks for in my life. Thank you!

Before internet

     Because of the internet, it makes out life much easier than before. Before internet was invented, it was hard and not convenient for people to research things. Back then when people try to research things they want to know, they used to ask other people or finding answer from books. But now we just type in the question on the internet and search it, it will spend less time and get the information quicker than before. Also, we used to buy things in the market and it's not really convenient, because when you buy a lot of things it's hard for you to take it back, and not everything you want to order is at the same place. But after internet was invented, people would buy stuff they need online and you can get everything you want on the internet, the only thing you need to do is wait for the stuff to come. Before when people want to connect with their families or their friends, it's not convenient because they use to write an mail to their friends and they need to wait for many days. But know we can connect them through the internet, you can send an email or just text them on your phone. As soon as you send the message out, they will immediately receive it. 

People used to get news from a newspaper or from the radio. But now people can check out the news from everywhere, also there are a lot of things that happened in one day, and by the time is passing the news will also update as well, so we can know a lot of things that had happened at that day.

The Internet makes out life much easier.

A letter to parents

   To Dear Mom and Dad:

Mom and Dad, how are you doing over there? I’m doing well at school, and school already start almost two months I felt time pass through so fast than I thought it will be. Every day I feel so positive and I’m really happy, I have a lot of new friends right now and I also keep content with my old friends as well. And I like my new friends so much, they are a bunch of amazing people, when you really need them they will always be there, also we have a lot of commons so it’s really nice to hang out with them.

Also, I like all my classes and all my teachers, they are definitely fabulous and I learned so many things from those class. For this year I choose to learn violin, and I like this instrument so much, I had just finished performance “new world” on parents day, I think our performance is wonderful everyone did a good job. This is the first time I play violin in front of so many people it is a challenge for me, but after I done I will so good.

Actually, I miss you so much, even though I’m having a great time here, but I’m still missing you guys. But I had never regard to study here, I really want to say thank you for all the things mom and dad did for me. I really like this school, cause everyone here are really nice and positive, so I’m having a really good time here.

I miss you guys so much and I love you guys, please take care of yourself.

 We all have a goal that we want to accomplish in the future, for me I want to be a successful doctor when I’m 25.
When I was little I had a dream, I want to be a doctor in the future, cause I think to be a doctor can make me feel proud. Also, I think doctor is a holy job, which you can save people’s life. When they need you, you can help them. I adore the doctor so much, because when a person who almost going to die, you can try your best to help them alive again. 

Nowadays, they are so many news had reported, many people suddenly pass out in a lot of places, such as streets, on an airplane and in a shopping mall. When those things happened if there is a doctor around there, they might save those people’s life. I’m pretty sure when you can use your ability to help someone it feels so great. Even though a lot of people had told me, to be a doctor is very difficult. But I still want give a try, because I really want to be a doctor. I wish when I’m 25 I can be a successful doctor to help more people when they need help.
